CASE STUDY
NHS Suicide Impact Study
Researchers at University of Surrey wanted us to make a short impact film documenting the experiences of study participants into research about NHS support after staff suicide. We were also asked to make a strategy to optimise the film's impact upon release.
The deliverables:
10 minute impact film
Social media cut
Impact strategy
Results & feedback
In a closing statement on the project, the study's principal investigator shared to an audience of over 200 NHS workers, policy makers, and academics that the film was “more impactful than any research paper”.
Over 50,000 film views within 48 hours of publication from original audience of 600.
Shared on official channels by NHS Employers, British Psychological Society & more.
Published as part of British Psychological Society's CIPR award-winning Fund NHS Hubs campaign.
Engaged influencers such as BAFTA-winning writer Dr Adam Kay to share final film.
